Each summer, Citie Ballet runs a two-week intensive dance school for dancers aged 10 and up. These summer workshops in ballet, repertoire, choreography and modern dance are taught by Citie Ballet’s artistic director, with assistance from noted guest instructors drawn from throughout the world of ballet.
Past guest instructors have included:

- Lisa Brkich, co-artistic director InMotion Dance Company
- Nancy Hamilton, former soloist Cincinnati Ballet
- Tomas Schramek, former principal National Ballet of Canada
- Colin Dunne, formerly of Riverdance
- Chan Hon Goh, prima ballerina National Ballet of Canada
- Waldemar Bartkowski, former principal dancer Ballet du Nord (France)
- Heidi Edgren Bartkowski, former Ballet Mistress Ballet du Nord’s National Centre of Choreography (France)
